Position Type: Full-Time
About the Position: This position is responsible for oversight of the quality system and ensuring excellent technical service to clients. This includes implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the documented quality system, resolving quality and client service issues in conjunction with Lab Managers, reviewing quality control data for trends, responding to client’s technical concerns and proactively reviewing lab processes for improvements.
