Reports to: Extractions Supervisor, Trace Organics
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Position: Working as part of the Micro/Biologicals team in the Water Quality Department, the laboratory analyst is responsible for all aspects of laboratory analysis including production, time management, quality control and turnaround time.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to strict QA/QC requirements;
Observe established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures;
Other duties as assigned.
Wear issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as dust masks, gloves etc., when required.
You may be exposed to unpleasant fumes;
Please note that ALS operates 24/7 and will require day, afternoon, and graveyard shift work including weekends.
The ideal candidate would have:
Previous Lab experience (preferred);
